Shipping policy

We ONLY ship our cookies throughout the US & ONLY ship using the USPS.

All cookie packages are baked fresh each week on Monday & shipped out each Tuesday.

Our order deadline is every Sunday at Midnight CST of each week. If an order is placed after Sunday Night, your cookies will be shipped the following week on Tuesday. This is to make sure all cookies are baked fresh to order and distributed as quickly as possible while still keeping quality at its highest. 

Once your package leaves our magical cookie creating hands and is picked up by the carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly, intact, and on-time. As much as we wish we could deliver your box of deliciousness ourselves, we are not the tooth fairy... We are bakers.

If you have trouble with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages. We know that sometimes bad things happen, we hope never to your cookies but if something happens to your package in shipment, you can file a claim online with the carrier. All packages are sent insured, thus the carrier will be able to refund you.
